Went to eat at Denny's because they had a special Hobbits menu, my sister loves the Hobbit!

We ended the day with watching This is 40 and was depressed about life after, you'll know what I mean if you watch it. The party was supposed to be an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party plus Secret Santa but the ugly sweater part didn't happen, maybe next year. Chill day though! Now I'm going to go watch some t.v. shows with my sister. This is why I love winter break! YAY!

french night?

Stella Rosa dessert wine, some Havarti cheese, and a french film?! Today was actually supposed to be my sister and I's french day haha! Due to some annoying happenings, it didn't really work out. Today's french day, turned into a french night, where we watched one of the newer remakes of the French film, War of the Buttons. It is SO good! A definite must watch!!!! I absolutely love all the actors in this film! The story line and the music were so beautiful! Go watch it!

My 12/12/12

My sister put this tree together last year, and it's been on our mantel for a year.

I bought my Secret Santa gift for our "Cousin Ugly Christmas Sweater Party"!

I had a final today early in the morning. 

When I got home, I felt like I had plenty of time that I decided to rent a movie.

This was my lunch, healthy huh.

This is basically how I spent my 12/12/12. How about you?! I obviously wanted to do something exciting and memorable, but nahh! I'd say I had a pretty productive day today though.

Current Fav. Drink

Hot chocolate & coffee! Sooo good! You've probably all tried this before, but if you haven't, just put some instant coffee in your hot chocolate. This combination is perfect for the winter, anytime of the day. I definitely drink this more than once a week, oh those calories, but oh so good!

An Afternoon Out

As a late birthday present, my brother took me out for movies and a lunch today! Silver Linings Playbook was really good, you need to watch it!

And yesterday, my friend Jennifer took me out for lunch and movies too. We watched Wreck it Ralph! Hehe, I'm so spoiled...

It's My Birthday!

Today (or more like yesterday), is my 21st Birthday! It was a super busy day because the club that I'm in was having an end-of-the-semester white elephant party. And on top of that, there were just a million things to do. I received so much love from everyone, and I feel very unworthy of it all, but I am very happy and thankful! Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday and thank you for the gifts/letters/cards! :)

Vintage Children's Books

I was browsing the lower level of the library at our school, and I found this section of children's books from the 70's and 80's. It was really exciting to look at all the illustrations and read some of the funny titles. I forgot how much fun it was looking at children's books. These books smelled of dust and old pages, and made me feel really nostalgic. The beauty of books, here are some:

Then I found the actual blogger who is making these posts and I love her blog! Miss Moss, is written by Diane who is a graphic designer living in South Africa. Her posts are fun to look through because you can see her artistic taste, which I love. Check her out!
