Hogwarts express

Getting our own cup of butter beer! It was actually really good.

 

Hogwarts is not a real place. This HUGE model was used for almost all the shots in the films of the school.

Wands with all the names of the people who were involved in the making of Harry Potter.

We were actually hesitant about going to Harry Potter because it involves a whole 1/2 day, but it was 100% worth it. They filmed the actual films in this studio and they had everything from costumes to statues to blue prints to props to paintings. It was amazing. An artistic museum in itself. I was so shocked to hear that even the paintings that hung on the walls in background scenes were all hand painted for the film!
