Chill day

Today has been a much needed relaxing day! In the morning, I got to spend good quality time with my brother, and now I'm at home on the backyard porch getting ready to write some snail mail to my friends. The weather here in California has been bipolar and today's amazing weather just makes me look forward to the summer ahead of us. This weather is also too frighteningly good for spring, but I sure am enjoying it!

Andddd, today I fell in love with Tom Hardy. He is definitely becoming one of my biggest celebrity crushes. SIGH, his accent and his eyes, hehe!

Mr. and Mrs. Globetrot?

This blog is one of my favorites because it is about a couples' traveling endeavors. After Yuriy and Julia got married in September of 2010, they went on a six month honeymoon! They traveled to places such as, France, England, Croatia, Thailand, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Australia, and more! They spent their trip traveling with a budget and one light load of luggage each. Both Yuriy and Julia are professional photographers and they took amazing photos on their trip. Although they write about the ups and downs of their travels, I feel so jealous to read about all the things they got to experience. This blog really inspires me to travel around the world. And I also can't wait to meet my husband!

Davis Trip

I just got back from a short trip to UCDavis with friends and had a great time! It was really fun hanging out with my friends, eating good food, walking around the campus, and getting to know new people. Best part about going to Davis is chilling with friends while eating. I ate at Thai Canteen, Black Bear Diner, and Shah's Food Cart. We also drank boba at Old Tea House and had some dessert at Crepeville (both not pictured). I love traveling and eating!

TOO CUTE

 I LOVE THESE! They are the mouse ballerina flats by Marc Jacobs. Apparently he comes out with new mouse shoes every year. Aren't these seriously adorable?! I WANT the glitter ones, but obviously its out of my price range. They have another one that is like the black flat except, the nose on the mouse is gold.

Sweetfineday

Sweetfineday is literally one of the first blogs I started to follow. The writer of the blog is Jenna who is a Korean-American (like me!) designer married to a pastry chef, Mark, and they have two beautiful daughters. They own a business called Whimsy and Spice, where they sell lovely cookies, brownies, marshmallows and other delicious goods! I love this blog because they live in New York, Jenna's photography is awesome, and their family is so cute! Sigh, I don't know them, but I love them!

San Jose Flea Market

                  

Today I went to the San Jose Flea market! I never really end up buying anything except food but it is a great place to visit and just look around. It has a great farmers market, play place for kids, lot of clothes, shoes, and its huge! My favorite booths are the Mexican/Spanish ones that sell colorful bracelets and cool bags. There is a $5.00 parking fee, but it is definitely worth a visit!

Ended up just buying some Mexican chili candy and a cute dream catcher bracelet :)

YUM

Goal: go to these places! I love food! These were the eats that were the most popular among yelpers in 2011. I love yelp, it's always a useful tool to use when you plan to go somewhere. Just thought this was something interesting to share!!
